My girlfriend took my pictures for me finally! This is me as of April 13th. Im looking real slim. Forgive my posing lol, I’m am not a pro but I’ll get better over time. But with this picture hopefully I can setup a beginning point. I need to improve my whole body as a whole. This is nowhere near where I want to be. I want that Rob Riches look so this is the start. The next time I will post a progress report picture will probably be in middle May. My focus for this month is to improve my chest lol.
I would love the motivation from everyone. Wish me luck!
I had a wonderful workout and the crossfit workout was very tough. Tomorrow I’m hitting the gym early then off to Beth-page NY to help the high school guys from South Bronx out with their fitness competition. I love how these teenagers are so hungry for power and willing to wake up at 5:30 AM to stay fit and pull-up ready!
I hope all of you guys are staying fit as well. I still haven’t posted my pictures on how I’m looking now but I will soon. I’ll probably tell my girlfriend to take the pictures for me tomorrow.

This is my favorite video to watch before I hit the gym (which I’m about to do in a few). Stallone is old but still looking very fit and this speech coming from a man who was raised in “Hell’s Kitchen” is very powerful. I love this video. I’m going to do a #crossfit WOD today then head to the gym and probably train chest and biceps today with my gym partner. Wish me luck guys! “Die for nothing, or live for something.”
Hey guys and girls. I want to start out by saying that now I will be using tumblr more often. I will use this as a progress report for myself on how my body is changing. I’m currently training intensely and I want to look a specific way. I am aiming more for the fitness model body type and right now I am way too skinny and slim so it will be a long road but a dedicated one. I will post pictures often so that I can motivate myself to keep on going. I’m currently aiming for a Rob Riches type of body. I do have a gym partner and we will be training heavily nonstop and dieting well. Tomorrow I will post my start up picture for my blog. LET’S GO!!!!
